We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Bartsch provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all of our patients on our short-call list are given an opportunity to be seen sooner, we require 2 business days for any appointment cancellations. Without this notice our waiting lists will grow resulting in longer waiting times for our patients. We feel that this policy will help ensure that all our patients that require treatment will be able to be seen in a timely manner.
